About the Role

If you’ve built your career at the intersection of semiconductors, memory products, and international markets and you’re now looking for a stage big enough to match your ambition, this is that moment.

We’re supporting a fast-growing global tech company expanding its footprint across the UK and Europe. They design, manufacture, and distribute advanced memory and semiconductor products including DRAM, SSDs, embedded storage, and high-performance chips used across consumer electronics, automotive, telecom, industrial systems, cloud infrastructure, and data-center environments.

They’re scaling aggressively, investing in their UK presence, and building a leadership nucleus that can drive the next chapter of global growth. Your mission: own and lead that expansion.

This is a remote role based in the UK, with English as your day-to-day working language and Chinese required for cross-regional collaboration.

What You’ll Lead

You’ll take full ownership of driving growth, strategy, and commercial execution across the UK and European semiconductor markets. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on leadership, cross-border collaboration, and the opportunity to build a high-performing local team from the ground up.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the UK and EU semiconductor markets, including pricing, channel expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Identify high-growth opportunities in sectors such as cloud computing, data centers, enterprise storage, and advanced electronics; shape product-market fit for memory solutions.
  • Expand the memory chip business by building strong relationships with OEMs, enterprise clients, distributors, and key strategic accounts.
  • Drive new business development for DRAM, SSD, embedded memory, and custom chip solutions across Europe.
  • Own and manage key customer relationships, including segmentation, engagement planning, and long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Strengthen and govern the European distributor ecosystem, overseeing inventory pipelines, price stability, and channel conflict resolution.
  • Lead compliance efforts related to export controls, data privacy regulations, and semiconductor industry standards.
  • Plan and oversee UK/EU exhibition participation to enhance technical visibility and brand presence.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain, product, and HQ teams to streamline delivery cycles, resolve customer issues, and meet market demand.
  • Build, lead, and manage the UK-based sales team, guiding local operations and driving performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; microelectronics or related fields strongly preferred.
  • Native-level fluency in Chinese and English.
  • 5+ years in semiconductor sales, including at least 3 years specializing in memory products (experience with Samsung, Micron, SK Hynix, or similar is a significant advantage).
  • 3+ years managing sales or business development in Europe, with strong familiarity with UK customer practices.
  • UK work visa or permanent residency preferred.
  • Experience building 0→1 commercial operations or international market entry.
  • Strong network across semiconductor buyers, OEMs, traders, and distributors in the UK/EU.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

You’re a builder - someone who thrives in fast-moving environments where ownership is big, bureaucracy is small, and the global stage demands sharp thinking and bold execution. You navigate the semiconductor world with fluency: pricing battles, distributor management, memory product cycles, and the constant negotiation between possibility and reality. You want a role where you don’t just execute strategy - you author it.

Next Steps

If this sounds like you - ambitious, impact-driven, and ready to shape the future of memory and semiconductor innovation - we’d love to hear from you.

Not sure you meet every requirement? If you’ve got the expertise, drive, and curiosity to build at scale, we encourage you to apply.
