Shape the future of HR in a business undergoing major transformation.

We are supporting an international energy company in Hamburg as they continue to grow and integrate multiple businesses across Europe. They are now looking for two experienced Senior HR Business Partners to join their international People team.

This is far more than a traditional HRBP role. You'll play a key role in organisational transformation, partnering with senior leaders, helping integrate newly acquired businesses and driving meaningful change across an evolving international organisation.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with business leaders across your client group while working alongside an experienced international HR team.

Depending on your background and strengths, your role may include a stronger focus on organisational transformation and integration projects or on employee relations and works council topics. In either case, you'll play a key role in helping the organisation build consistent HR practices across multiple business units.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, Talent Acquisition, Centres of Excellence, Legal and fellow HR Business Partners to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused people solutions.


Must-Have Skills

  • Several years' experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex organisation
  • Strong knowledge of German employment law
  • Experience working with works councils (BetriebsrΓ€ten)
  • Experience supporting organisational change, restructuring, integration or transformation initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Experience working within international and matrix organisations
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • Analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach

Experience in the energy, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, chemicals or other complex international environments would be highly beneficial.
