Information Security Analyst

Onsite / Jacksonville, FL

NLP Logix is recruiting an Information Security Analyst to join its growing team of IT and Business professionals. This position is for a full-time employee, will be based out of Jacksonville, FL and will require less than 5% travel.

The Information Security Analyst will plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security protocols for the protection of the organization’s computer networks and information.

Essential functions and responsibilities

• Update and implement information security policies and procedures
• Conduct security assessments of systems and networks
• Monitor and respond to security incidents
• Manage incident response plan
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with information security requirements
• Implement and maintain ISO and SOC controls
• Stay up-to-date on the latest information security threats and trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field required
• 3+ years of experience in information security
• Strong understanding of ISO and SOC audit requirements
• Experience with risk assessment, security incident response, and security awareness training
• Experience with information security tools and technologies including Azure and AWS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications preferred
• Experience in the artificial intelligence and machine learning industry preferred
