Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: [Culver City / Hybrid ]

About Us:

We are a bold, female-founded creative agency that transforms brands with fearless storytelling and insight-driven strategy. We partner with fashion, beauty, and wellness brands built for women—and we push them to compete with the most exciting names in the market. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with production chops who thrives in fast-moving design culture and knows how to bring modern, trend-setting aesthetics to life.

The Role:

You’ll be hands-on with design at every level—from concepting brand visuals to refining production-ready assets. One day you’re laying out a print catalog, the next you’re designing a digital campaign, cutting a TikTok edit, or creating social content that stops thumbs. You’ll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and design team to build brands that feel fresh, fashion-forward, and relevant—always raising the bar for what female-focused design can look like.

Responsibilities:

  • Design across print, digital, retail, and social with a sharp eye for modern aesthetics.
  • Create layouts for brand identity systems, print catalogs, packaging, and collateral.
  • Design and produce content for social media, web, email, and paid media.
  • Edit and produce short-form video content for social channels.
  • Translate campaign concepts into scalable design systems and toolkits.
  • Support the production process: preparing mechanicals, resizing assets, ensuring flawless file delivery.
  • Keep a pulse on fast-moving fashion, beauty, and wellness design trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with internal creative team, outside vendors, and freelancers.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Portfolio showcasing brand design, print layout, digital campaigns, and social content.
  • Strong production skills—comfortable moving between big-picture concepting and detail-oriented execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Experience editing video for social media (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  • Familiarity with design/prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience working with retail and omnichannel brands—fashion, beauty, or wellness experience is a major plus.
  • Understanding of typography, color, photography, and layout best practices.
  • Organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You Are:

  • A designer with a strong sense of style and an eye for what’s next.
  • Excited by fashion, beauty, and wellness brands and the female consumer space.
  • A natural trend-watcher who loves creating content that feels modern and shareable.
  • Equally comfortable designing big, bold creative ideas and tightening the kerning on a catalog layout.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and able to deliver pixel-perfect work under pressure.
