We’re now looking for a dynamic Creative Director to work closely with our Founder & Chief Creative Officer to shape bold, culturally relevant creative.
The Role
As Creative Director, you’ll serve as a key creative partner to the CCO — bringing strong vision, craft, and leadership across every phase of the creative process. You’ll concept and lead integrated campaigns spanning video, digital, print, and social. From casting talent to directing on set, you’ll oversee photoshoots and film productions to ensure work is both visually compelling and strategically grounded. You’ll mentor designers, copywriters, and external collaborators while championing fresh ideas, strong storytelling, and exceptional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CCO to develop and pitch big, integrated campaign ideas.
- Concept and storyboard video and content ideas; direct talent and crews on set.
- Lead photo and video shoots from pre-production to final delivery.
- Oversee design direction across digital, print, retail, and social touchpoints.
- Mentor and manage designers, freelancers, and production partners.
- Collaborate with strategists and account teams to ensure ideas ladder up to brand goals.
- Elevate every detail of the creative product—craft, storytelling, and execution.
- Represent the agency in client presentations, bringing ideas to life with confidence.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in advertising, creative, or brand design agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, film direction, and design leadership.
- Proven experience directing talent on set and leading multidisciplinary productions.
- Mastery of visual storytelling, design systems, and campaign craft.
- Experience working with omnichannel retail brands needs across print, digital, and physical space.
- Strong leadership skills—able to inspire, manage, and grow creative teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial agency environment.
Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma, Sketch, or similar design/prototyping platforms.
- Keynote, Google Slides, and presentation design tools.
- Familiarity with video production workflows and editing platforms.
- Knowledge of photography and motion best practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
