Key Responsibilities:

Creative Vision: Define and drive the creative direction across brand platforms, aligning with business goals.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing creative team, ensuring efficient resource management.

Brand Development: Evolve and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, product, sales) to deliver cohesive, on-brand content.

Project Management: Oversee creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Innovation: Constantly seek new ways to elevate creativity and streamline workflows for greater impact.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of creative and digital marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership (Creative Director role or equivalent).
- Prior experience with apparel or related industries (beauty, lifestyle, wellness).
- Expertise in creative production (video, photography, design, copy) and art direction.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience managing large teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Canva AI) to improve workflows.
- Experience with UX/UI, motion graphics, or multimedia design.
