AtkinsClarke are seeking an experienced Operational Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic PE-backed organisation. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £80k plus benefits.

COMPANY

ROLE

The Operational Finance Business Partner will support operational stakeholders to improve performance and profitability. Regular travel across the UK, up to 3 days a week, is required.

Key duties will also include:

• Providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
• Collaborating with various departments to drive financial performance
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Developing and implementing financial strategies
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management

PERSON

We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual with strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Key requirements include:

• Proven experience in a similar finance role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to travel regularly across the UK
• Experience in a PE-backed environment is a plus
