OVERVIEW

We’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a fast-paced, multi-site services organisation operating within the care sector. This is a newly created role, part of a refreshed finance structure designed to better support operational leaders as the business continues to grow and evolve.

The position offers an excellent blend of reporting and partnering (around 40:60), giving you the opportunity to influence divisional performance and help drive informed, commercially sound decisions.

OPPORTUNITY

As Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders—translating financial results into actionable insight and ensuring performance targets are achieved. You’ll also play a key role in refining the reporting process and developing a deeper understanding of divisional results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with divisional and operational leaders to drive performance and accountability
• Producing monthly management reports and insightful analysis of financial performance
• Supporting budget setting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Providing financial insight to drive operational and strategic decisions
• Leading conversations around cost control, efficiency, and profitability
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within finance reporting
• Supporting wider finance transformation initiatives as the structure evolves

PERSON

We’re looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) who enjoys variety and visibility in their role. You’ll need to be comfortable engaging across both finance and operations, building strong relationships and influencing decisions.

You will bring:

• Proven business partnering experience in a multi-site or service-based environment
• Strong reporting and analytical capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and curious mindset – keen to drive change and improvement
• The ability to balance detail with a commercial, big-picture outlook
