OVERVIEW

We’re recruiting a Senior Finance Manager for a prestigious, global professional services organisation. This is a senior leadership role, supporting the UK Head of Finance in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance across a complex, high-value business.

You’ll play a key part in shaping the firm’s financial strategy, leading transformation initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple departments.

OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Finance Manager will take a leading role in financial planning, performance management, and transformation initiatives. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll deliver insight, challenge, and oversight to ensure the business achieves its strategic and financial goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial planning and analysis to support long-term strategic objectives
• Partnering with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and drive performance
• Developing and overseeing KPIs and metrics to track and improve business outcomes
• Acting as finance lead on transformation and digital initiatives
• Ensuring strong governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices across regions

This role offers a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery, with exposure to major firm-wide programmes and senior stakeholders across the UK and internationally.

PERSON

We’re seeking a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong background in financial leadership and stakeholder management within complex, matrixed organisations.

You will bring:

• Significant post-qualification experience in a commercial or professional services environment
• Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting expertise
• Experience leading transformation, system, or process improvement projects
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with credibility at senior level
• The ability to interpret complex data and present insight clearly to non-finance audiences
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and appetite for continuous improvement
