Up to £80,000 + benefits | Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid | Midlands

We’re working with a high-growth, top 10 advisory firm to appoint an ambitious Transaction Services Associate Director to join their expanding Midlands team.

OPPORTUNITY

As Associate Director in Transaction Services, you’ll take a leading role in managing client engagements and developing new relationships. You’ll provide high-quality due diligence and advisory services while helping to grow the firm’s regional presence and pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial due diligence and transaction support engagements for a range of clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with private equity, corporate, and owner-managed clients
  • Playing a central role in new business development, supporting pitches, proposals, and market initiatives
  • Managing project delivery and quality, ensuring work meets both client and regulatory standards
  • Coaching and developing junior members of the team to support their technical and commercial growth
  • Collaborating with other advisory teams to deliver joined-up client solutions across the firm
  • Driving innovation in reporting, insight, and client engagement processes


PERSON

You’ll be a driven and commercially astute finance professional with a strong background in transaction services, financial due diligence, or corporate finance. You’ll combine technical expertise with a natural ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.

You will bring:

  • Strong academics in addition to being ACA/ACCA qualified with significant post-qualified experience in transaction services or related advisory work
  • Proven experience managing due diligence engagements end-to-end
  • Excellent project management and client relationship skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering value-added insight
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset and the confidence to contribute to business development activity
  • Experience working with private equity or mid-market clients (preferred)
