DIRECT HIRE | TAMPA, FL (33607)


We are engaged in a search for an IT Service Desk Manager for our client in Tampa, FL. This is a DIRECT HIRE position and the Manager will be required to be onsite at the company headquarters near Tampa International Airport.


The Manager will oversee a team of 8 resolving daily IT support tasks for a 500+ employee base throughout the US.

Duties include:

  • Oversight of prompt ticket resolution and high level of service to users
  • Continuous review and advisement of best practices of the service process; Determine priority and escalation of tickets
  • Manage team activities, performance and reviews through coaching, mentorship and leadership
  • Manage escalations and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT Leadership and Customers to improve overall operational efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office and especially with Excel
  • Degree and/or ITIL Certification a plus
