FULL-TIME (DIRECT HIRE) | TAMPA, FLORIDA

We are partnering with a Tampa-based digital ad agency searching for an SEO Specialist to execute advanced strategies across local and national client accounts.

This is a newly created position working with an industry veteran and firm founder. It offers flexibility on schedule based on projects and is a growth opportunity for the right individual. You will develop marketing plans for companies, have ownership of SEO, and all aspects of that - campaigns, click-throughs, analytics, etc.

** Candidates must currently live in the Tampa area to attend occasional on-site meetings. **

Key Responsibilities include:

• Execute technical and Local SEO strategies
• Optimize Google Business Profile and manage citations
• Perform technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl issues)
• Implement structured data/schema
• Support link-building initiatives
• Partner with content teams on SEO strategy
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including PPC
• Build performance dashboards in Looker Studio
• Manage multiple client accounts

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on SEO experience (ad agency experience preferred)
• Must have a Google Ads Certification
• Strong technical SEO skills
• Deep Local SEO and Google Business Profile expertise
• Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• HTML/CSS/JS working knowledge
• WordPress required; Shopify/Webflow a plus
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) experience preferred
• Experience providing SEO strategies for healthcare companies is a plus
