CareTechPros is hiring Experienced Microbiologists to support a fast-scaling healthcare and life sciences organization. This confidential client is expanding its Analytical Development and Quality Control operations in response to increased national demand.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing: bioburden, sterility, endotoxins
• Perform environmental monitoring and implement contamination control strategies
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GLP, and internal quality standards
• Accurately document and report test results in LIMS or equivalent systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical development and QC teams
• Support training/mentorship of junior microbiology staff

✅ Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a regulated microbiology or QC lab setting
• Proficient in sterile techniques and contamination control
• Skilled in SOP-driven documentation and GMP/GLP compliance
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in high-growth environments
• Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field (BS/MS)
