Role Overview:
We’re looking for highly motivated students interested in technology, software development, or digital systems to join our Technology & Innovation Internship Program. This hands-on, remote opportunity is ideal for high school juniors/seniors and college undergraduates passionate about learning and building in real-world environments.
What You’ll Work On:
- Supporting web and automation projects using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, NodeJS, and C# .NET
- Contributing to design, development, and testing of internal tools
- Working with AI-enhanced CRM and recruitment systems
- Learning workflow automation, web platforms, and professional software practices
- Exposure to how modern staffing and business operations work
Ideal Candidate:
- High school junior/senior or undergraduate student
- Eager to learn, explore, and solve problems through code
- Experience or interest in web development and backend logic
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Git, VS Code, or similar tools is a plus
