Overview:
A full-time, remote opportunity is available for a Corporate Account Manager in the dental industry, focusing on large account management within community-based key focus accounts. This role involves developing strategic plans to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes, partnering with regional leadership, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer objectives, challenges, and market forces, and develop strategic plans to optimize engagement and outcomes
- Partner with regional leadership in patient identification initiatives and tailor processes to specific accounts
- Facilitate quarterly/monthly business reviews to drive product utilization
- Provide timely marketplace feedback to corporate leadership on customer trends, competitive updates, and industry issues
- Update accounts on key payer changes impacting infusion processes
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to meet product objectives
- Operate within compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of dental sales or DSO experience highly preferred
- Experience in P&L management at the national account level, including creating and executing business plans
- Healthcare account experience preferred, with a focus on building C-suite and regional business relationships
- Ability to understand and present clinical information
- Must reside in the defined geography
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving history
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 60%-70%
Compensation:
- Starting pay range: $90K - $135K annually, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and location
