Overview:


An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Dental Territory Sales Representative / Dental Equipment Sales Specialist. This remote role involves driving sales of dental merchandise, equipment, technology, and services. The position focuses on building long-term relationships with clients, identifying their business needs, and leveraging a customer-first approach to meet those needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular face-to-face sales calls and lead sales activities with assigned customers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Prospect new business opportunities to achieve sales goals and drive profitable growth
  • Utilize computer systems to track opportunities, update customer records, and document sales activities
  • Stay current on product offerings and dental industry trends through continuous education
  • Participate in sales meetings, dental conventions, team-building events, and training sessions


Equipment Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal designers to offer office design services, evaluate plans and blueprints, and take facility measurements
  • Facilitate customer satisfaction during the equipment sales process, including preparing quotes, presenting agreements, collecting deposits, and attending installations
  • Collaborate with territory representatives to prospect for business and close sales
  • Present advanced technology solutions and perform customer demos


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and sell advanced technology solutions
  • Strong discipline, focus, and motivation with limited supervision
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Ability to travel daily within the assigned territory and occasionally overnight
