Overview

We are hiring Warehouse Operations Associates to support a fast-growing logistics operation. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with basic administrative coordination, making it ideal for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (sit-down and/or stand-up)
• Load and unload shipments, pallets, and materials
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records
• Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
• Coordinate with team members on daily warehouse operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience (certification preferred but not required)
• Basic computer skills (data entry, scanning, inventory systems)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong reliability and attendance record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume logistics or distribution environments
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Previous experience handling shipping documentation
• Valid work authorization without any visa sponsorship.
