THE ROLE

We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Millwright to join our team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the maintenance, rebuilding, and installation of machinery and equipment. Schedule: 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am rotating every 2 weeks

 $43.81/hr

RESPONSIBILTIES


  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical equipment (presses, slitters, dies, conveyors, etc.)
  • Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, motorized, and mechanical production machinery
  • Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens & Allen Bradley)
  • Inspect equipment performance to identify hazards, adjustments, or replacements
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble defective mechanical equipment
  • Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specs
  • Use fabrication, machining, and welding skills as needed
  • Perform light electrical troubleshooting and basic electrical design work
  • Maintain an organized stockroom for mechanical/electrical parts
  • Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by following all policies and procedures



REQUIRMENTS


  • Licensed Millwright (443A) with strong electrical troubleshooting skills
  • 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (metal processing or high-volume fabrication is ideal)
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (2-week rotation)
