THE ROLE:

As a Stockroom Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day stockroom operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material organization within a manufacturing environment. This role is best suited for someone who is hands-on, easygoing, and works well in a small, tight-knit team. You will be working closely with the Stockroom Manager and two other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is an immediate hire due to a recent retirement, making it a great opportunity to step into a stable, long-term position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform labelling of parts and materials
• Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Handle shipping and receiving of materials and products
• Prepare and organize kitting for production
• Move materials manually within the stockroom and production areas
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom
• Accurately enter and update information in ERP system
• Assist with basic administrative tasks using Excel or Word
• Communicate with team members and supervisor regarding inventory or material issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2+ years of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role
• Comfortable with manual picking (no RF scanners used)
• Basic computer skills (Excel and/or Word)
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Team-oriented attitude
• Reliable and able to start ASAP
