The Role

We have partnered with a well-established consumer products organization that has been designing and distributing high-quality home and lifestyle products across Canada and the U.S. for decades. Due to growth, they are adding a newly created Bilingual Inside Sales Representative role to their Milton-based team.


This is a sales-hunter-meets-consultative position, ideal for someone who understands manufacturing and consumer packaged goods and knows how to sell into retail environments. You’ll manage the full sales cycle while acting as a trusted partner to retailers nationwide.


The role is hybrid, requiring one day per week in the Milton office, with the remainder remote.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business across Canada
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners using a consultative, solution-based approach
  • Identify growth opportunities within assigned territories and existing accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail customers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with retailers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Sales Coordination teams to ensure seamless order execution
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activity within the CRM
  • Support administrative sales tasks including SKU setup, order entry, and follow-ups as required


Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (required)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or home lifestyle products
  • Proven experience selling to small-to-medium retailers
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable negotiating terms and managing follow-ups
  • 1–2+ years of CRM experience
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and attention to detail
