The Role
We’ve partnered with a well-established consumer products company that has been designing and distributing high-quality home and lifestyle products across Canada and the U.S. for decades. Due to growth, they are adding a newly created Bilingual Junior Account Manager role to their Milton-based team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-support and relationship management environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can confidently manage the full sales cycle while acting as a trusted partner to retailers nationwide.
Hybrid work arrangement: One day per week in the Milton office, with the remainder remote.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and new retail clients across Canada, providing exceptional service and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners, identifying upsell opportunities and promoting seasonal assortments
- Support administrative sales duties, including SKU setups, order entries, pricing updates, digital assets, and accurate CRM record keeping
- Collaborate with Sales Coordinators, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
- Assist with client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English) is required – fluency in both written and verbal communication
- 1+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally within consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, or home lifestyle products
- Experience selling to small-to-medium retailers in Canada
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, administrative tasks, and CRM systems (1–2+ years experience preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
