THE ROLE

Our client, a leading workforce solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team. This is a high-impact role with national visibility, supporting strategic decision-making through advanced financial modelling, performance analysis, and data-driven insights.

This role is perfect for someone who excels in building structured financial models, manipulating complex datasets, and partnering with business leaders to drive operational and financial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with business development and operation teams on pricing for RFPs and bidding on work
• Maintain and enhance our financial reporting suite to provide insightful analysis for decision-making.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support various business operations and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand business needs.
• Apply Power BI and SQL to improve reporting capabilities and data analysis.
• Support month-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial statements.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ experience in a FP&A, Consulting or a related role. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis)with preferred knowledge of SQL, Power Bi and managing data models.
• Familiarity with financial concepts and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
