STRIVE Recruitment is proud to partner with one of Canada’s leading organizations in the professional services sector to support them in hiring a Financial Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing FP&A team within a company that is innovative, people-focused, and committed to continuous growth.
About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, while also driving insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making across Canadian and U.S. operations. This role is well-suited for an individual with strong technical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a desire to develop expertise in tools such as Power BI and SQL.
This role will be predominantly in-office, with 4 days in the office a week and one day working from home.
