THE ROLE

We are currently hiring a Parts Coordinator for our client in St. George, ON. This is a non-production role focused on supporting the manufacturing floor through inventory and parts coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting inventoried parts, preparing kits (carts) for production, and assisting with various warehouse and inventory tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick and prepare inventoried parts for production kits (carts)
  • Assist with inventory control, shipping, receiving, and quality checks of parts
  • Organize and put away shipments of parts as required
  • Maintain accurate records and update spreadsheets
  • Support other warehouse and floor-related duties as needed
  • Communicate clearly with production and team members
  • Follow all company safety and operational guidelines


REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in inventory control or shipping/receiving is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working on the production floor environment when required
  • Fluent in English (oral, written, and comprehension)
  • Proficient in reading and understanding spreadsheets
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid G driver’s license (or higher)
  • Positive and reliable work ethic with a willingness to learn
