The Role
Our client is a manufacturing organization specializing in plastic products produced through rotational molding, serving a diverse customer base across multiple industries. They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations across administration, customer service, accounting support, inventory coordination, and internal reporting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, cross-training, and contributing to the smooth operation and long-term success of a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across daily office operations
- Assist with procurement and supplier relations, with ongoing cross-training
- Support customer service and account management by directing incoming emails and phone calls and becoming familiar with client information
- Provide backup support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, with hands-on training provided (basic, repetitive tasks)
- Assist with inside sales activities as needed over time
- Support media, branding, website updates, and graphic design initiatives on a collaborative basis
- Collect, record, and assist with tracking KPIs, reporting, and data analysis
- Assist with inventory management and system controls using Sage 50 and RotoEdge (training provided)
- Support shipping and receiving documentation and general logistics paperwork
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and electronic filing systems
- Assist with HR coordination, including training materials and documentation
- Provide support with budgeting, pricing, and financial forecasting activities as needed
- Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives over time
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office administration, administrative, or coordinator role
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Sage 50 or ERP systems is an asset
- Willingness to learn new systems and take on cross-functional responsibilities
- Professional, dependable, and collaborative team player
- Experience supporting accounting, customer service, inventory, or operations is considered an asset
