THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join a well-established heavy-duty repair and fabrication shop in Stoney Creek, Ontario.
This is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty commercial trucks and trailers. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced shop environment, handling a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working on a wide range of equipment, and taking ownership of their repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Complete inspections in accordance with MTO and CVOR standards
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and recommend repairs
- Accurately complete work orders, including parts and service details
- Collaborate with service and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
REQUIREMENTS
- 310T Truck and Coach Technician license required
- 3-5 years of experience working as a technician on equipment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet maintenance environment
- Familiarity with electronic diagnostic tools and systems
- Valid driver’s license (DZ or AZ considered an asset)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
