THE ROLE

STRIVE Recruitment is working with a leading Real Estate organization who are looking to hire Property Accountant to work on an important systems integration project. Following a recent acquisition, the organization is bringing approximately 400 properties into its existing Yardi environment. While both organizations utilize Yardi, the systems have been highly customized independently, creating a need for an experienced Yardi professional to support the data transfer and integration.

This is a project-based opportunity for someone with strong Yardi experience who can work across two different Yardi environments, understand how data has been configured and structured, and ensure information is accurately migrated into the new system.

You will play a key role in supporting the migration of property data across the portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify discrepancies, validate information and ensure a successful transition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze property data within the existing Yardi environment
• Map data between two differently configured Yardi systems
• Support the migration of data across approximately 400 properties
• Identify differences in system configuration, data structures and fields
• Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness
• Perform data reconciliation and quality checks
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
• Support testing and troubleshooting throughout the migration
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the migration process

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong hands-on experience with Yardi
• Previous experience working with Yardi data migration, conversion or system integration
• Strong understanding of property management data and Yardi functionality
• Excellent data analysis and reconciliation skills
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to work independently within a deadline-driven project environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

Experience within commercial real estate, property management or a large property portfolio would be considered an asset.
