The Role
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be a key driver of new business growth, focused on identifying, engaging, and converting prospective B2B clients. This role is highly relationship-driven and sits at the intersection of sales development, partnerships, and market expansion. You will work closely with dealership groups, retail store managers, and internal sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline and position the brand as a trusted long-term partner.
This position is best suited for a commercially minded self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and laying the foundation for long-term revenue growth, primarily through phone, Zoom, and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new B2B clients and market opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Proactively engage prospects through outbound outreach, virtual meetings, and networking initiatives
- Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with prospective clients, dealership groups, and retail store managers
- Recruit and onboard new retail partners by preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and managing contract documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospecting activity, communications, and pipeline stages within the CRM system
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and prospect stage tracking
Partnerships & Account Enablement
- Partner with automotive dealerships to increase product visibility at dealership locations and key industry or promotional events
- Collaborate with retail stores on product exposure initiatives, staff engagement, and in-store support opportunities
- Deliver product training and ongoing support to dealership and retail teams to ensure confidence in communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions
- Support marketing and sales initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement across channels
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B sales (consumer goods, automotive, outdoor, or lifestyle products preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable conducting sales conversations via phone, video conferencing, and virtual presentations
- Highly organized with strong CRM usage and reporting capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
