We are seeking an experienced laboratory manager to oversee multi site laboratories. The labs are located within two medical facilities, part of a larger healthcare system. One hospital is a 122-bed trauma center, the other a 120-bed acute care hospital that offers emergency care services for pediatrics and OB/GYN located in Riverside County..

Salary Range: $117K -$169K
Job Summary:
The Lab Manager is responsible for the management and administrative functions of the laboratory. Responsible for budgeting and forecasting, policy development and implementation, regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Supervision is exercised over laboratory supervisors, clinical staff and support staff.
