Technical Product Manager (AI Engineer/Vibe Coder)

Seekng a Technical Product Manager who combines strong technical foundations with sharp product thinking and relentless execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can operate fluently at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market. This role requires a technical background. We are not willing to meet candidates without strong technical foundations for product roles

Mandatory Background Requirements (Non-Negotiable). Candidates must meet one of the following:

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
• Extensive hands-on experience as a software developer, with proven ability to work deeply with engineering teams, understand system design, and reason about technical tradeoffs

Core Requirements:

• Demonstrated high achievement in academic or technical fields
• Proven history of delivering ambitious, complex products in high-intensity environments
• Strong analytical ability and intellectual curiosity
• High standards for execution, attention to detail, and excellence in user experience
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear product direction

Key Responsibilities

Technical Product Ownership:

• Own technically complex product initiatives end to end
• Translate product vision into clear technical requirements
• Act as a true thought partner to engineering teams

Product Development & Execution:

• Lead AI-driven features from ideation to launch
• Oversee user-facing and internal/admin experiences
• Ensure scalability and long-term platform health

Market-Driven Innovation:

• Conduct deep competitive and market research
• Identify technical and product differentiators
• Turn insights into concrete prototypes and experiments

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Balance urgency with quality and ownership

Growth & Scale:

• Support product-led growth initiatives
• Drive adoption through strong product foundations
