Marketing Lead
Seeking a passionate and seasoned Marketing Lead to join a fast-growing team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance the company’s visibility and drive business growth.
You'll be instrumental in shaping the public persona and presence, managing everything from collaborations and content strategies to corporate messaging and thought leadership. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a significant impact in an emerging space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and refine marketing messages to align with brand and business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers, manage press releases, and secure opportunities for press coverage to further public relations efforts.
- Identify and engage with potential partners for collaborations that boost market presence.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage participation in industry events and conferences, securing speaking engagements and managing logistical planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to publish insightful thought leadership and research that reinforces the company’s position as a leader in the AI marketing space.
- Create and manage a dynamic content calendar in collaboration with internal teams, producing engaging social media posts and blog entries.
- Update and maintain the website to ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized.
- Develop, produce, and manage a comprehensive range of externally facing content, including presentation decks, demo videos, product guides, infographics, and digital brochures. Ensure all materials are compelling, informative, and on-brand to enhance customer engagement, articulate product value, and support promotional efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Understanding of AI and martech is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership and work across teams, aligning marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Highly effective at cultivating strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Proficiency in managing corporate social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to boost brand presence and effectively engage with target audiences.
- Superb writing, verbal communication, and storytelling skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling content and communicating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data to shape marketing strategies and drive decisions.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, with the ability to create high-impact presentations for executive-level audiences.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite, and marketing automation software preferred.
