As VP of Product, you will own the company’s end-to-end product and design roadmap, spanning guest and host tools, bookings, subscriptions, and marketplace health. You’ll lead product and design, partnering closely with engineering, marketing, and customer care. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution—diving into user flows, experimentation, usability, and metrics when needed.
You will lead three pillars:

Core Product: Maintain and improve usability, reliability, and product-market fit. KPI: customer development score.

Growth & Experimentation: Increase activation and retention through high-quality, insight-driven experiments. KPIs: % increase in new guest activations and guest retention (as measured by AB test results).

New Verticals: Identify, validate, and launch new product lines. Goal: 1 new vertical launched in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a clear long-term product vision and roadmap with accountability to KPIs such as new guest activations, retention and customer development score
- Own, maintain and improve strong product-market fit in core dog park rental business
- Own ambitious growth experimentation function (hypothesis development, design, instrumentation, analysis)
- Drive product discovery and validation for new verticals in partnership with Marketing and Operations; define MVP scope and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data Science to bring products and features to life that are intuitive, scalable, and brand-aligned
- Ensure a polished, intuitive, high-quality user experience; proactively identify usability issues or inconsistencies
- Be an expert on customer needs, jobs-to-be-done, and insights that fuel roadmap decisions.
- Build product processes suited for a remote, global, async team
- Manage and grow a high-leverage product and design organization
What They’re Looking For
- 10+ years of product experience, including senior leadership
- Experience in consumer subscription and ideally marketplace and mobile-first products
- Experience in early stage scaling startups
- Strategic, but willing to roll up sleeves as needed
- Strong experimentation and metrics orientation
- Design instincts and a sharp eye for in-production usability
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and marketing
- Comfort operating in a high-velocity experimentation environment with rapid iteration cycles
- Thrives in a global, async, remote team
