VP of Sales

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-EQ, results-driven VP of Go-to-Market (GTM) to lead sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate excels at building trust-based relationships, has the operational rigor to scale a high-performing GTM engine and brings a deep network in healthcare. This role is perfect for someone who can close enterprise deals without pressure, coach a mission-driven team, and ensure transparency and precision in reporting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and scale a consultative sales team focused on long-term care and behavioral health providers
• Own pipeline forecasting, sales reporting, and CRM discipline (HubSpot)
• Personally manage strategic deals and executive relationships
• Partner with the Director of Marketing on strategy, campaigns, and event execution
• Align messaging and execution across sales, marketing, and product
• Develop strategic partnerships (e.g., EHRs, consultants, associations)
• Represent the company at industry events and with key customers
• Build a community around our platform through advocacy and engagement
What You Bring
• 10+ years in SaaS sales or GTM leadership
• 3+ years in long-term care and/or behavioral health, with an established network
• Proven ability to lead with empathy and close with credibility
• Strong forecasting, reporting, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
• Team-first mindset, low ego, and high accountability
• Willingness to travel ~15–20 times per year for conferences, customers, and field engagement
