The Role 

Seeking a driven and strategic Sales Director to join our fast-growing revenue team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the agency landscape—particularly holding companies—and a proven track record of consultative sales and long-term client relationship building. You will play a key role in introducing the company’s sell-side AI capabilities to new agency partners and expanding existing relationships to drive consistent revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·     Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue goals.

·     Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across holding companies, independent agencies, and direct marketers.

·     Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, designing and delivering tailored programmatic activations in collaboration with the company’s solutions and customer success teams.

·     Build long-term account strategies to drive sustainable growth, respond to RFPs, and support upfront media planning and buying.

·     Generate a high volume of sales activity, including calls, meetings, presentations, proposals, and client engagements.

·     Establish and maintain senior-level relationships within agencies and brands; lead campaign ideation aligned to client business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

·     4-5 years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, or ad tech.

·     Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, and ad tech platforms), audience targeting, media optimization strategies, and data-driven brand storytelling.

·     Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-oriented sales.

·     Strong industry contacts and territory knowledge.

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including compelling presentation abilities.

·     Ability to manage high volumes of outbound sales activity while maintaining strategic focus.

·     Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

·     Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

·     Bachelor’s degree required.
