Seeking an Account Executive who will be charged and empowered to prospect, forecast, plan, and sell the company’s data analytics platform to organizations within the skilled nursing and the long-term care industry. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role will help the company broaden its reach and relationships within skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations.


Who You Are

•      You have at least 3 years of enterprise sales experience - Healthtech SaaS a plus

•      You are passionate about helping healthcare organizations improve through proper use of data and analytics

•      You are relationship driven, have a hunter mentality and work well within a fast-paced ambiguous environment

•      A proven track record of prospecting and closing deals with senior leaders

•      A passion and drive for owning the end-to-end sales cycle

•      You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•      Understanding of healthcare trends, competitive landscape and customer needs so you can seamlessly position the company’s solutions and modules to real-life customer challenges.

•      Proven experience of utilizing different business units to maximize on sales opportunities

•      Familiarity with B2B sales processes and methodologies

•      You are a team player and are passionate about growing a Healthtech SaaS company

•      You are relationship focused and building relationships with prospects and clients comes naturally to you

•      You want to get out there: Travel up to 35% to prospects/clients, trade shows and conferences.


What You’ll Do

•      Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities within large enterprise-level accounts within the long-term care space.

•      Work with integrity and honesty in all areas of your role

•      Be a brand ambassador for the company

•      Utilize social selling and networking (personal and company) to make connections with contacts at target accounts

•      Prepare and present product demonstrations

•      Confidently meet or exceed given sales quota

•      Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline

•      Target key decision-makers

•      Determine buying readiness and timelines

•      Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM

•      Attend and network at trade shows, events, and conferences
