Role:

Seeking a Reddit Social Channel Lead (Contract) to audit our current Reddit presence, develop a robust strategy, and execute an engagement plan that strengthens our brand’s voice and community on the platform. This role is ideal for a Reddit expert with a proven track record of successfully building and managing a brand’s presence on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit & Assess – Conduct a comprehensive review of the company’s current Reddit presence, identifying opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Develop Strategy – Create a data-driven Reddit strategy aligned with the company’s mission, ensuring organic engagement and brand authenticity.
• Execute & Engage – Actively manage the company’s presence on Reddit, posting content, participating in relevant discussions, and fostering community engagement.
• Monitor & Optimize – Track performance, analyze engagement metrics, and refine the approach based on community insights and platform trends.
• Moderation & Compliance – Ensure all interactions align with Reddit’s guidelines and the company’s brand values.
• Cross-Function Collaboration - Partner with the Product and Member Experience teams to create content, address questions and provide accurate responses to community members.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Deep expertise in Reddit’s culture, best practices, and engagement strategies.
• Proven experience managing and growing a brand’s presence on Reddit.
• Strong communication skills and ability to craft engaging, platform-native content.
• Understanding of social listening and analytics tools to measure impact.
• Passion for health, longevity, and community-driven discussions.

• Familiarity with Health Technologies: Knowledge of or experience with popular health technologies, such as Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, and CGMs (Continuous Glucose Monitors).
