The Role:
We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our brand and agency relationships, with a focus on Fortune 1000–10000 brands and mid-market (performance and regional) agencies. This role is ideal for a rising sales star who understands the CTV media and programmatic ecosystem and is excited to build a pipeline through outbound activity while also leading opportunities through to close.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of direct brand opportunities through proactive outbound outreach and follow-up.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Educate clients on the company's platform, value proposition, and differentiated approach to CTV and performance media.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to help inform product development and GTM strategies.
Who You Are:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, ad tech, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of media buying, performance marketing, and CTV advertising.
- Strong hunter mentality: self-starter who is comfortable doing outbound outreach and building their own book of business.
- Confident calling directly on Fortune 1000–10000 brands and mid-market/regional agencies.
- Experience working with eCommerce brands is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to exceed goals and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
