The Role:

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our brand and agency relationships, with a focus on Fortune 1000–10000 brands and mid-market (performance and regional) agencies. This role is ideal for a rising sales star who understands the CTV media and programmatic ecosystem and is excited to build a pipeline through outbound activity while also leading opportunities through to close.


Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage a pipeline of direct brand opportunities through proactive outbound outreach and follow-up.
  2. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  3. Educate clients on the company's platform, value proposition, and differentiated approach to CTV and performance media.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  5. Provide market feedback to internal teams to help inform product development and GTM strategies.


Who You Are:

  1. 1–3 years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, ad tech, or a related field.
  2. Deep understanding of media buying, performance marketing, and CTV advertising.
  3. Strong hunter mentality: self-starter who is comfortable doing outbound outreach and building their own book of business.
  4. Confident calling directly on Fortune 1000–10000 brands and mid-market/regional agencies.
  5. Experience working with eCommerce brands is a plus.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to exceed goals and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
