AI Engineer

The Role

Seeking a product-minded engineer to embed directly in the business and build custom AI-powered internal tools. You will work closely with leadership and department heads, learn real workflows, and ship practical tools with a focus on correctness, reliability, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn and document real workflows across HR, recruiting, accounting, billing, compliance, and operations
• Design and build custom internal tools using modern AI and LLMs
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted development
• Own projects end-to-end and move quickly between initiatives
• Improve and harden existing internal tools
• Build systems that stitch together data, models, and logic end-to-end
• Partner closely with non-technical stakeholders

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on engineering background
• Experience working with modern AI and LLM tools
• Comfortable building from scratch, not just configuring tools
• Strong product intuition and systems thinking
• Enjoys ambiguity, experimentation, and fast iteration
