Head of Growth

The Mission:

This is not a “marketing” role in the traditional sense. It’s growth at the edge: you’ll take big swings, run dangerous experiments, and own every lever that drives exponential adoption—acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.

Who We’re Looking For:

We don’t hire for experience. We hire for excellence. You should fit one of these archetypes:

• Cultural Hacker: you’ve already broken the internet at least once (viral tweet, TikTok, campaign, movement—something that reached millions).
• Proven Excellence: you’ve shown elite achievement in any domain — whether that’s academia, sports, arts, startups, competitions, or something completely unexpected. We don’t care where you proved it, only that the evidence is undeniable. For example:
• Built a startup or side project that people actually used.
• Won national or international competitions (debate, math, design, sports, hackathons).
• Created art, content, or campaigns that reached millions.
• Graduated top of your class at a world-class institution.
• Raised capital, sold a company, or drove outsized impact somewhere far beyond your age/role.
• Anything else that makes people say: “that’s insane for someone your age.”
• Young Superstar: no more than 5 years into your career (maybe none at all), but you’re burning to lead. You want to build from scratch, to go big early, and to leave a mark through creativity, storytelling, and campaigns that make people stop and pay attention. If you don’t have a story of excellence, don’t apply.

What You’ll Do

• Explode awareness. Engineer viral campaigns that make people stop, share, and talk.
• Dominate funnels. Treat every drop-off as an enemy and every conversion as a personal victory.
• Tell unforgettable stories. Shape narratives and campaigns that spread like wildfire.
• Experiment relentlessly. Launch 10 ideas, kill 9 fast, scale the 1 that works. Repeat daily.
• Act like an owner. No hiding behind “marketing” or “product” lines—you’ll get your hands dirty across ads, copy, analytics, growth stacks, and whatever else it takes.
• Lead from the front. Prove results solo, then build the machine and the team behind you.

• Obsession with growth: funnels, copy, virality, numbers. You live and breathe this.
• Creative firepower: you can spin ideas into campaigns, and campaigns into movements.
