Founding Growth Marketer
The Mission
This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a growth role at the edge. You will own and operate the full growth enginefrom acquisition to activation, conversion, and expansion - running bold experiments, learning quickly, and scaling what works. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, velocity, and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

Drive awareness and demand through creative, data-informed campaigns

Own the funnel end-to-end, relentlessly improving activation and conversion

Craft compelling narratives that cut through noise and drive engagement

Run rapid experiments, scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t

Operate cross-functionally, working hands-on across ads, copy, analytics, tooling, and strategy

Lead by example, delivering results independently and helping build scalable systems over time
