Client Service Specialist

 

Your Role as a Client Service Specialist

Based in a Valley Stream, NY office, you will play a key role at the center of the client experience — supporting corporate filings and lien research requests, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and delivering responsive, high-quality communication with clients. Your work helps maintain the standard of speed, professionalism, and client care that defines the company.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing corporate filings, lien research requests, and other orders
  • Responding to client inquiries by phone and email with clarity and professionalism
  • Preparing quotes, processing orders, and partnering with fulfillment teams
  • Supporting issue resolution to ensure outstanding client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong client service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in filings, searches, and compliance-related work
  • Ability to manage multiple product lines, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with databases, order-management systems, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and projects as business needs evolve
