These are the people who day in and day out work to make sure our world doesn’t fall apart.

The industry is broken. In 2024, these folks are still relying on spreadsheets, post-it notes, endless email chains, and clunky software that feels like it was built in 2005. They deserve better. We’re on a mission to change the game and provide them with tools that match the level of work that they do.

Your Contribution

You’ll be a key player within a small, dynamic team that’s aiming to change an entire industry for millions of people. You’ll be designing a product that you can see, touch, and experience the physical effects of in the real world. Every day, you’ll have autonomy, ownership, and the resources you need to excel in your craft. You’ll be spearheading the creation of an entirely new category of software - the Facility Operation System.

We have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reinvent the landscape of a crucial function within our society. You’ll be at the forefront, helping to build the operating system that will power the real world for the next 30+ years.

We are hiring our first marketer to help us build the foundation for growth. We have some great early customers who love our product. We are looking to build on our positioning, messaging, and story to find repeatable ways to reach our next set of potential customers. We need a generalist marketer who has experience in both product marketing and growth marketing.

Your Impact

As the Head of Marketing, you will be pivotal in bringing our vision to life and communicating it to the world. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • 🎯 Strategic Leader: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company goals.
  • 🚀 Champion of Growth: Launch, track, and optimize programs/campaigns across multiple channels to move prospects and customers down the funnel.
  • 🗣 Cross-Functional Collaborator: Collaborate on strategy across the company, be the voice of the customer, provide the marketing perspective, and serve as the liaison between product and GTM functions.
  • 🎨 Product Messaging Maestro: Dive deep into audience insights, develop precise positioning and messaging, and communicate the product's benefits clearly to our audience.
  • 📝 Content Visionary: Own the content calendar and tell the story of your brand and company in order to engage prospects, customers, candidates, and partners.
  • 🎙️Brand Builder: Collaborate on the company story and vision with the founding team and make sure our communications add value to our audience and maintain a high quality bar.
  • 🥾 Marketing Frontliner: Roll up your sleeves and do the work to support the team and our goals.
  • 🤝 Partnership Strategist: Maintain crucial media relationships and develop strategic partnerships that advance our objectives.
  • 📊 Performance Manager: Oversee the marketing budget and KPIs to ensure efficiency and goal achievement.
  • 🛠️ Team Builder: Be ready to manage and expand a team of marketers (contractors, agencies and eventually full time hires) passionate about our mission and story.

Who you are

  • 🎯 Seasoned Marketer: With 3+ years in marketing, particularly in SaaS environments, you bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record.
  • 🌐 Marketing Polymath: Breadth in all areas of marketing, depth in product marketing and growth marketing.
  • 📈 Overachiever: You've developed marketing strategies and tactics that put the customer first and understand to hit revenue goals at the same time.
  • 🏗️ Builder: You thrive in early stage startup settings, ready to roll up your sleeves and build marketing foundations from scratch.
