Senior Product Copywriter

Key Responsibilities:
Product Copy: Create clear, concise, and engaging copy for all product touchpoints, including web, email, in-app, user flows, and FAQs.
Action-Oriented Writing: Drive user action—whether it’s clicks, sign-ups, purchases, or engagement—through concise and impactful messaging.
Creative Thinking: Collaborate with designers, marketers, developers, and product teams to craft copy that challenges conventions and stands out.
Brand Voice: Uphold and evolve our brand voice, ensuring consistency and personality across all communications.
User-Focused Messaging: Simplify technical details and create messaging that resonates deeply with users, driving trust and engagement.
Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data, user feedback, and A/B testing to refine copy for better performance.
Fast Turnaround: Deliver high-quality copy in a fast-paced, startup environment without compromising clarity or creativity.
Editing & Proofing: Review and edit your work and others’ to ensure every word aligns with our brand tone and strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of professional copywriting experience with a portfolio showcasing product or marketing copy that drives action.
Versatility: Skilled at switching between user-focused product copy, product campaign headlines, email subject lines, etc.
Startup-Ready: Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, comfortable with quick turnaround times and shifting priorities.
Tone & Style: Ability to write sharp, witty, and concise copy that grabs attention and compels action while tailoring tone to audience and context.
UX Writing: Familiarity with UX writing principles and best practices for creating seamless user experiences.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, wellness, or tech industries, with an understanding of turning technical details into user-friendly messaging.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and marketing.
Detail-Oriented: Flawless grammar and a love for the small details that elevate good copy to great.
Results-Driven: Knowledge of A/B testing and how to use data to inform and improve copy effectiveness.
