Head of Marketing
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will turbocharge the company’s growth engine, with a laser focus on driving demand generation and outbound strategies. The company is scaling rapidly, and the Head of Marketing will lead the charge in accelerating new business through a scalable and efficient demand generation machine. In a blue-collar space with nuanced end markets, our marketing team must be a detail-oriented, well-oiled machine—delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time. Above all, they must deeply understand the customer, product, and team strategy to drive explosive demand and position the company for market dominance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES

o Create and execute strategic vision and growth plan
o Present plans to company leadership and BOD
o Coach and manage marketing and BDR team
o Drive a data driven “test anything” culture
o Scale marketing behind analytics first strategy
· Drive MQLs and revenue by building and executing a GTM plan for each unique market profile
· Sales Enablement
o Maintain content “arsenal” and create strategy to resonate with each customer profile (Product Marketing)
o Organize and execute gifting at scale
o Collaborate and execute ABM on key accounts
· Events
o Given the blue collar/in person nature of our industry, events are key to driving leads and building familiarity and trust
o Key events include Revenue Riptide, Region Riptide events, Trade shows, Webinars, and Masterclasses
• Promotion
o Drive earned and paid media
o Create and execute advertising strategy
o Physical mail
o SEO, AI “search”
o Website
· Create and execute budget and plans for each year and quarter, in alignment with company goals
· Get on site with customers and learn everything about their world and how the company’s product delivers value
· Market to existing customers to support positive NDR and customer growth
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Experience marketing multiproduct B2B Saas products into multiple customer profiles/verticals
· Successful 5+ year tenure high growth company
· Proven ability to manage a high performance BDR/SDR team
· Proven ability to create and execute a demand generation plan
· Bonus: Manufacturing and ERP experience (Or multi-product experience)
· Proven ability to build an analytically driven marketing team
· Proven ability to build and execute against an efficient budget
· Proven ability to grow and lead a team
· Proven ability to influence and drive action, especially with those over whom there is no direct authority
· Proven ability to hold an unpopular position and to strongly advocate within the organization
· Proven creativity, grit, and drive
