The Role:
The Director of Growth will lead our company’s strategy and execution across all acquisition marketing channels, both digital and offline, with a focus on strengthening internal capabilities. This pivotal role requires a data-driven, performance-focused leader who can scale customer acquisition efficiently while overseeing a growing team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance marketing, with a proven ability to balance data insights, creative strategy, and team leadership.
This is a high-impact leadership role, reporting to the EVP of Growth & eCommerce, with responsibility for driving measurable growth and optimizing spend across all acquisition channels.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and Execute Acquisition Strategy: Responsible for developing the strategy and executing across all digital and offline acquisition channels, including paid social, SEM, display, affiliates, linear TV, CTV/OTT, radio, podcasts, and direct mail
Optimize Performance: Drive media buying, channel allocation, and campaign strategy to maximize growth while maintaining efficient ROI
Team Leadership: Assist with building, managing, and mentoring a growing in-house team of acquisition marketers; oversee agency and third-party relationships, ensuring alignment and accountability
Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal creative teams and others to develop compelling, conversion-driven marketing assets
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and reporting to track performance, uncover opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making
Test & Learn: Lead the development and execution of testing plans to optimize channel strategies, creative approaches, and audience targeting
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the eCommerce, CRM, Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business goals
Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activity, incorporating new strategies and platforms into the acquisition mix
What You’ll Bring:
Experience: 8+ years in performance marketing, with a strong track record of scaling digital and offline acquisition efforts. Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce is a major plus
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) and offline channels (TV, Radio, Podcast)
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and attribution
Creative Eye: Ability to collaborate on creative development, ensuring assets align with both performance and brand goals
Strategic Vision: Capable of seeing the big picture while managing details and execution across multiple channels
Communication: Exceptional at presenting data and insights clearly to senior stakeholders
