Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Performance Marketing to lead our

multi-brand performance marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior VP of Marketing, this role

will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies to drive lead

generation and achieve ROI targets. You will manage a team of in-house marketers and external

agency partners to ensure the growth and success of our company's marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

● Budget Management: Strategically manage and optimize performance marketing budgets

across multiple brands to achieve lead generation goals and maximize ROI.

● Marketing Channel Oversight: Drive growth through core marketing channels, including

but not limited to:

○ Paid Search

○ Paid Social

○ Job Boards

○ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

○ Email Marketing

○ Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of in-house marketers while

collaborating with external agency partners to execute marketing strategies effectively.

● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative strategies to grow the business

through effective performance marketing campaigns.

● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand and recruiting, to

align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

● Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics and performance metrics to continuously

improve campaigns and ensure alignment with lead generation and ROI targets.

Qualifications:

● 6-8 years experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of driving lead

generation and achieving ROI targets.

● Experience managing budgets across multiple brands and marketing channels.

● Demonstrated expertise in Paid Search, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRO, Email, SEO, and

related platforms.

● Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams and agency partners.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize marketing performance.

● Familiarity with marketplace industries or other environments where marketing drives both

supply and demand is a strong plus.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
