Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview:
The Marketing Creative Project Manager will be the central hub for organizing and managing the workflow across all marketing initiatives. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, resources are allocated efficiently, and deliverables meet the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams from concept through execution. With a strong background in managing creative assets and an understanding of various deliverable types (e.g., digital ads, video, social media content, email marketing), the ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a creative team, either in an agency or in-house, and will be adept at managing multiple priorities while coordinating across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Workflow Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Manage the workflow of all marketing deliverables, including creative briefs, content production, digital assets, and campaign timelines.
support planning, execution, and delivery of all creative marketing projects, ensuring alignment with teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing leaders and team members to prioritize incoming projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines.
Oversee and track the production of creative assets, including digital and print deliverables, social content, video, and email marketing materials.
Develop and manage detailed project timelines, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines across all channels.
Creative Asset Management & Resource Allocation:
Manage the allocation of creative resources, ensuring team members have a balanced workload and project requirements are met.
Assign tasks to team members based on capacity and skill set, ensuring balanced workloads and timely project delivery.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative team members to ensure deliverables are high quality and meet brand standards.
Organize regular status meetings with the creative team to track progress and address potential bottlenecks.
Monitor team bandwidth and reallocate resources to optimize efficiency.
Marketing Channel Knowledge:
Understand the different marketing channels (e.g., paid media, email, social, content marketing) and ensure creative outputs align with best practices and platform specifications.
Ensure creative assets are tailored for various marketing channels, optimizing performance based on the channel's unique needs and audience expectations.
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates on project status to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Identify risks, delays, or challenges early and collaborate with teams to address them proactively.
Present insights on project performance, asset usage, and creative process improvements to senior stakeholders.
Process Optimization & Team Collaboration:
Continuously evaluate and improve creative project management processes to increase efficiency and ensure smooth workflows.
Work closely with marketing leaders to prioritize incoming creative requests, ensuring resources are allocated effectively based on business impact and urgency.
Support the creative team by removing barriers to progress and ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.
Skills & Experience Required:
3-5 years of experience managing creative projects in a marketing environment, with a strong understanding of creative asset development across various channels.
Experience working on a creative team within an agency or in-house, managing a wide variety of deliverables (e.g., video, digital ads, social content, print).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and excellent organizational skills.
Strong understanding of marketing channels and how to optimize creative assets for each (social, email, web, paid media, etc.).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and working under tight deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with overlapping projects and deadlines.
Experience working in healthcare or tech industries is a plus but not required.
