Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Seeking a senior/lead engineer to join our early team and own major parts of the stack, working directly with the CTO and CPO. This is a founder-style role with a below-market salary and a meaningful equity package.

You’ll work on:

•      Architecting and building scalable backend services (Node.js, SQL, ORMs like Prisma/Sequelize/Drizzle).

•      Developing performant web applications (Next.js).

•      Implementing automation flows (browser automation with Playwright/Puppeteer is a plus).

•      Designing and improving data models, optimizing queries.

•      Shipping quickly and independently while aligning with the bigger product vision.

Requirements:

•      6+ years web programming experience.

•      4+ years with Node.js.

•      2+ years with Next.js.

•      3+ years with SQL.

•      ORM experience (Prisma, Sequelize, Drizzle).

•      Native Level English

•      Strong communication and independence.

•      Comfort using a copilot-powered IDE (VSCode + Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc).

Ideal:

•      Healthcare industry experience.

•      Browser automation experience.
