Sales Operations & Enablement Analyst

Seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented team member to support sales organization across operations, analytics, process discipline, and training support. This is not a traditional “Sales Enablement” role — it’s a position combining elements of operations, executive/sales support, and data analysis. The person in this role will help keep systems clean and accurate, ensure the team is following through on expectations, turn activity data into meaningful insights, and support leadership with visibility into performance and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Process Discipline:

  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene — ensuring records, opportunities, activities, and orders are clean, accurate, and consistently updated.
  • Monitor daily and weekly sales activity to confirm reps are following trained processes and meeting expected activity levels.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with reps to track progress and surface blockers or coaching needs.
  • Reinforce best-practice workflows and help prevent the development of unproductive sales habits.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights:

  • Work heavily in Salesforce, spreadsheets, pivot tables, exports, and reporting tools.
  • Transform activity logs, pipeline data, and order information into charts, insights, and actionable recommendations for leadership and the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing visibility into execution trends, performance patterns, and operational gaps.

Leadership & Team Support:

  • Serve as a support partner to the CEO and sales leaders, providing structured visibility into what the team is doing on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Assist leadership with follow-ups, task execution, and project coordination as needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and initiatives without requiring repeated reminders.

Training, Documentation & Knowledge Management:

  • Take notes during key meetings and daily sales calls to capture insights, lessons, issues, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update training documentation and process resources (currently in Guru).
  • Help create onboarding and training materials — Loom videos, guides, walkthroughs, and process documentation.
  • Support new reps in learning and consistently following the correct workflow across Salesforce and related tools.

Who You Are:

  • Highly organized, reliable, and execution-driven — when something is assigned, it gets done.
  • Strong with data, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and structured reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset and appreciation for structure and documentation.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and comfortable balancing independent work with team collaboration.
  • Positive, calm, and “chill but structured” — grounded energy with professionalism and good humor.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, operations, or business analytics is a plus, but prior “Sales Enablement” title is not required.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (pivot tables, data exports, formatting, reporting).
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Comfort with documentation tools and/or knowledge systems (Guru experience a plus).
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Proven track record of ownership, accountability, and reliable execution.

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Salesforce data remains clean, accurate, and disciplined.
  • Sales activity and process adherence improve across the team.
  • Leadership has clear visibility into execution and performance trends.
  • Training documentation remains up-to-date and actionable.
  • New hires onboard faster and develop healthy sales habits.
