About the Job:

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce administration. This newly created position is vital to supporting our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and providing support to end-users of various internal systems—including Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and custom software—to ensure seamless data flow across the organization.


Responsibilities:


  •   Provide day-to-day administrative support for Salesforce and related systems, including user and permissions management, report building, training end-users, and addressing issues.
  •   Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, such as custom fields, objects, workflows, and automation processes.
  •   Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements for system changes and enhancements, clearly communicating technical concepts.
  •   Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other key business systems, ensuring data accuracy and availability to stakeholders.
  •   Monitor performance and scalability of existing implementations, proactively making improvements to ensure optimal functionality.
  •   Enhance documentation quality and completeness to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  •   Partner with developers to troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analyses, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  •   Identify time-consuming internal processes and design reliable, scalable automation solutions to streamline business operations.


Required Qualifications:


  •   Bachelor’s degree
  •   2 to 4 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, ecosystem, and best practices


Key Competencies:


  •   Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customization projects from end-to-end, including requirement validation, design, development, and stakeholder collaboration.
  •   Skill in understanding complex business needs and designing effective internal tools/systems that are strategic and adaptable.
  •   Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and upholding rigorous standards for oneself and others.
  •   Exceptional communication skills and professionalism, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership.
  •   Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  •   Basic understanding of database and integration approaches, with the ability to write medium-complexity SOQL queries.
  •   Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
