Producer

Seeking a dynamic, seasoned Senior Creative Producer with a strong background in unscripted content to lead the development and production of premium health-focused media. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to ideate, shape, and deliver engaging stories that resonate emotionally, educate deeply, and align with the company’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and production of unscripted video content including docuseries, short-form profiles, interviews, behind-the-scenes features, and expert-led segments.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, clinical teams to ensure content is accurate, impactful, and brand-aligned.
• Pitch, shape, and refine concepts for health, longevity, and personal transformation stories that can reach both broad and niche audiences.
• Find production companies and go through the bidding and awarding process.
• Oversee physical production, directing interviews and b-roll as needed; manage crews, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Guide post-production including scripting, editing, and feedback rounds to ensure high creative and editorial standards.
• Source and develop relationships with on-camera talent including doctors, patients, wellness experts, and influencers.
• Track trends in health media, documentary storytelling, and audience behavior to inform creative direction.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style while innovating in format and presentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in unscripted content creation, ideally in a health, wellness, or documentary context.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality content from concept through delivery, including experience with field production and post.
• Strong storytelling instincts with an ability to translate complex topics into emotionally compelling narratives.
• Deep understanding of current video platforms (YouTube, social, streaming) and emerging content formats.
• Comfortable navigating sensitive health-related topics with empathy and clarity.
• Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, researchers, and marketers.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A strong creative reel or portfolio of relevant unscripted projects.
