The Account Director, Digital Media will be responsible for expanding the company’s digital business by driving revenue growth with new and existing CPG clients. This role combines strategic consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights to deliver industry-leading solutions that bridge digital near-store targeting with in-store activation.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute selling strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with the company’s profitability goals.
· Lead client conversations by demonstrating the value of the company’s targeting platform in live meetings and presentations.
· Build and deepen relationships with senior-level decision makers across assigned accounts, negotiating and influencing at all levels.
· Partner with peers across Sales, Analytics, and Operations to craft client-centric, omni-channel campaigns leveraging the company’s full suite of in-store and digital solutions.
· Translate client business objectives into tailored recommendations built on data, insights, and financial modeling.
· Maintain a robust sales pipeline by securing meetings with C-suite and senior executives at CPG companies.
· Provide accurate weekly forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility to sales leadership.
Requirements
· Proven track record of consistent revenue growth driven by personal selling efforts over 3+ consecutive years.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media sales; background in CPG marketing or retail media strongly preferred.
· Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with high energy, personal accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated success engaging and influencing senior decision makers.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to create compelling client recommendations.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
